General Information Req WDPHONE NUMBER5 Career area Sales Support Country Region United Arab Emirates State Dubai City Dubai Date Wednesday September Working time Full-time Additional Locations United Arab Emirates - DubaiThe Channel Strategy Operations Manager is responsible for driving the execution of Lenovo s Channel programs and initiatives with the ISG channel and distribution across the Middle East amp Africa MEA Working closely with Market Leaders sub markets and corporate resellers and distributors the role supports ISG growth by ensuring effective implementation of Channel programs structures initiatives trainings etc within the governance framework prescribed The focus is on translating channel direction into effective execution aligning partners to Lenovo processes and supporting ISG business objectives through structured cadence management partner engagement and disciplined operational follow through with internal and external stake holders The role plays a key part in enabling ISG business growth by ensuring programs tools and partner activities are executed effectively across markets Success in this role requires strong cross functional coordination with regional and global stakeholders solid program and project management capabilities and the ability to operate effectively in a complex multi market environment while maintaining execution rigor and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver strategic ISG channel initiatives ensuring strong governance clear milestones and timely delivery
• Coordinate effectively with multiple regional and global stakeholders to align priorities and execution
• Expand and realign the ISG distribution structure to optimize the One Lenovo distribution model including coverage of non resourced markets
• Drive channel breadth expansion through new partner onboarding and ecosystem development
• Serve as the single point of contact SPOC and owner for all ISG channel enablement across MEA
• Conceptualize build and execute ISG channel programs and incentives ensuring strong business enablement while maintaining full compliance
• Coordinate and lead channel engagements trainings policy alignment channel program execution and sales process integration for ISG
• Enable ISG business growth through close engagement with corporate resellers ISVs and strategic partners
• Evangelize Lenovo platforms and tools including the Lenovo Bid Portal LBP Lenovo Partner Hub LPH and Partner Sphere

What you ll bring:

• Strong collaborative and Cross functional knowledge
• Ability to work, influence and execute across multiple levels of hierarchy.
• University or bachelor s degree and/or Masters in Business Administration is optional10 years of sales experience in the IT industry, with previous experience in leadership roles, channel management and P&L management
• Strong executive relationships within the MEA channel reseller and distribution market
• Experience across commercial channels including specialist routes to market including Collaboration, Cloud Service Provider and Infrastructure specialists
• Demonstrated results in growing a business or expanding a market.
• Ability to travel within MEA and Internationally as required.
