What will you do
- Lead lunch and dinner kitchen operations in a fine dining Mediterranean restaurant
- Develop and execute a modern Southern European menu with a focus on Italian Greek and French culinary traditions
- Ensure flawless delivery of dishes with strong emphasis on quality presentation and consistency
- Build and mentor a high-performing culinary team fostering a culture of excellence and accountability
- Manage procurement kitchen budgets hygiene compliance and food safety protocols
- Collaborate with front-of-house leadership to deliver a seamless and elevated guest experience
- Uphold the standards of a premium dining venue in a dynamic upscale hospitality environment
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience as Chef de Cuisine in a luxury or standalone fine dining setting
- Deep knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine especially Southern Italian Greek and French gastronomy
- Demonstrated ability to design refined ingredient-driven menus that are both modern and rooted in tradition
- Experience managing teams in fast-paced high-end restaurant environments
- Previous exposure to the Middle East market is a strong advantage
- Strong leadership organizational and communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to culinary excellence
