Chef de Partie (CDP) – Japanese Cuisine

LUNO Restaurant is looking for a skilled and experienced Chef de Partie (CDP) specializing in Japanese cuisine to join our culinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present Japanese dishes according to quality standards.
• Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation.
• Ensure kitchen hygiene and food safety standards.
• Support and guide junior kitchen staff.
• Assist with stock control and kitchen operations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a CDP or Demi Chef specializing in Japanese cuisine.
• Good knowledge of Japanese cooking techniques and ingredients.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Valid Qatar ID (QID) and Food Handler Certificate.
