Prepare and present high-quality dishes within the assigned kitchen section, maintain food quality and hygiene standards, and support the culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences.
Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts preferred.
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Demi Chef De Partie in a hotel or fine dining environment.
Strong knowledge of food preparation, presentation, and food safety standards.
Experience in Cold Kitchen and Garde Manger is preferred.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
