What will you do
Deliver high-quality service to ensure a memorable dining experience for our guests.
Oversee a specific section of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
Collaborate closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams.
Advise guests on menu choices and wine pairings.
Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Handle guest complaints and feedback with professionalism.
Train and mentor junior staff members to uphold service excellence.
What you need
Proven experience as a Waitress/Waitresses or similar role in a high-end restaurant.
Strong knowledge of French and Mediterranean cuisine.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
Fluent in English; knowledge of French is an advantage.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
