ProLogistix is hiring Cherry Picker Operators in Chambersburg, PA $500 sign-on bonus Opportunity
Are you an experienced forklift operator looking for your next opportunity?
Day Shift - $20.50/hour
* Wednesday to Saturday, 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM
* Sunday to Wednesday, 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Night Shift - $21.50/hour
* Sunday to Wednesday, 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM
* Wednesday to Saturday, 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM
New Hire Sign-On Bonus Opportunity
Newly hired MHE Operators may also be eligible for a $500 sign-on bonus , paid as follows:
* $250 after completing the first full week of scheduled work with no absences
* $250 after reaching 45 calendar days of employment and working at least 90% of scheduled hours during that period
To qualify each week, employees must:
* Work all scheduled shifts
* Work all assigned mandatory overtime
* Report to work on time
* Complete scheduled shifts unless approved to leave early
* Remain actively employed throughout the qualification week
What You'll Do:
* Load, pick, pack, and ship products accurately and efficiently
* Perform cycle counts and inventory verification
* Conduct audits and tote induction with attention to detail
* Stage products for outbound shipments
* Safely operate a cherry picker and other material handling equipment
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-conscious work environment
What We're Looking For:
* Previous forklift and/or cherry picker experience preferred
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse setting
* Commitment to safety and teamwork
* Experience with inventory control and shipping processes is a plus
