Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth across multiple group companies.
Establish and lead a highperforming accounts and finance team ensuring financial accuracy and efficiency.
Oversee budgeting forecasting financial reporting and cash flow management.
Ensure compliance with all financial legal and regulatory requirements specific to the construction industry.
Develop risk management strategies and financial controls to safeguard company assets.
Manage relationships with banks investors and financial institutions.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to the executive leadership team for strategic decisionmaking.
Optimize financial performance by analyzing business trends costs and revenue streams.
Implement best practices in accounting auditing and financial management.

Education
