Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)
Multi-Unit Restaurant / Consumer Brand | Remote / Flexible Location
SHR Talent has been exclusively engaged to identify a Chief Marketing Officer for a growing, multi-unit restaurant and consumer brand.
This is a unique opportunity to step into a newly created C-suite position and take ownership of the marketing function from the ground up. There has never been a dedicated executive in this seat, giving the incoming CMO significant autonomy to build the strategy, establish the roadmap, and ultimately define what marketing looks like across the organization.
This is not a role for someone looking to inherit a large marketing department. The organization is looking for an experienced, hands-on marketing executive who can operate at the strategic level while still rolling up their sleeves and personally driving execution.
Why This Role?
This is an opportunity to build rather than maintain .
The CMO will have direct access to ownership and leadership, significant autonomy, and the ability to create a marketing strategy without navigating layers of existing infrastructure.
The organization already has resources supporting social media, graphic design, and branding, but the CMO will be the person responsible for bringing everything together—building the plan, determining the priorities, executing initiatives, measuring results, and connecting marketing activity directly to revenue.
For someone who wants to put their fingerprints on an entire marketing function, the runway is significant.
