The promise to customers is simple: your crypto is safe, it stays yours, and you can always see it. The next stage in their growth is they are looking for a commercially sharp, deeply experienced crypto executive to turn that promise into a full ecosystem - and sit on our Board while they do it.
The Opportunity

- Build out our partnerships, our platform, and our international expansion from the ground up.
- Lead marketing and our commercial, partnerships and product-revenue teams.

What We Need From You
- 10+ years in senior commercial leadership, with at least 5 years in crypto.
- A verifiable track record building a multi-product regulated crypto platform - custody, exchange, wallet or lending - at an established brand.
- Deep fluency across custody and MPC, segregated vs. omnibus structures, exchanges, lenders, staking and yield, OTC, stablecoins and the Travel Rule - and the hard lessons the industry learned in 2022.
- Strong UK, Middle East, and international regulatory know-how, a clean record, and genuine Board-level credibility.
Nice to Have
- Experience launching staking, yield, card, BNPL or exchange products with risk properly managed.
- High-net-worth, private-client or institutional custody experience.
- Multi-jurisdiction licensing or international expansion experience.
- A strong network across crypto, fintech and media.
What's on Offer
- Base salary circa AED75,000 per month
- Bonus of up to 40%, tied to a balanced scorecard with conduct and customer-outcome safeguards.
- Pension, medical, life and director cover.
- A genuine seat at the table - Board membership from day one.
If you want to build something that doesn't exist yet in the market, and put your name on a brand from the ground up- we want to hear from you.
