Children’s Sleepwear & Baby Designer (0-14)

Our client is looking for a highly skilled, creative, and fast-moving Children’s Sleepwear & Baby Designer to join their team. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who can take ideas from concept through finished design quickly and accurately. The ideal candidate is comfortable using AI-powered design tools alongside traditional design software to accelerate the creative process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create original prints, patterns, graphics, and artwork for children’s sleepwear and baby products
- Design and develop new product concepts and collections
- Create detailed CADs and production-ready artwork
- Utilize AI design and image-generation tools to develop concepts, prints, graphics, colorways, and design variations
- Use AI to speed up concept development and overall design workflow
- Translate AI-generated concepts into clean, editable, production-ready Adobe Illustrator artwork
- Research and follow current baby, kids, fashion, print, and retail trends
- Manage multiple projects with fast turnaround times
Requirements:
- Strong experience in children’s apparel, sleepwear, baby, or related product design
- 5-6 years design experience ideal
- Expert-level Adobe Illustrator skills
- Experience using AI creative/design tools
- Strong print, pattern, and graphic design capabilities
- Strong CAD and technical design skills
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Creative thinker who is comfortable combining AI technology with traditional design skills
