Key Responsibilitie
s Administer and support Citrix Cloud, Citrix Daa S, and Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD) environments . Design, deploy, and manage Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) solutions for enterprise users . Configure and maintain Citrix Cloud Connectors, Resource Locations, Workspace, Store Front, and Citrix Gateway . Support provisioning technologies including Machine Creation Services (MCS) and Provisioning Services (PVS) . Working knowledge of Scripting language - Powershell, Terraform and CI/CD knowledg e Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis of Citrix and virtual desktop-related issues . Monitor and optimise desktop performance, application delivery, and user experience . Implement security best practices, access controls, and compliance requirements . Support Citrix infrastructure upgrades, patching, and migration activities . Collaborate with Infrastructure, Network, Security, and End User Computing teams . Produce and maintain operational documentation, deployment guides, and knowledge articles . Participate in incident, problem, change, and release management processes. Required Skill
