Description

Responsibility:

• Coordinate testing and inspection of materials and completed works.
• Ensure construction activities comply with applicable building codes, standards, and authority requirements.
• Support the preparation and review of as-built drawings and project handover documents.
• Assist with snagging, rectification, testing, commissioning, and project handover activiies.
• Review engineering drawings, technical specifications, BOQs, and project documents.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders.
• Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with approved designs, specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections and monitor project progress.
• Prepare and review method statements, material submittals, shop drawings, and technical documents.
• Maintain accurate records of drawings, approvals, inspections, correspondence, and technical documents.
• Identify potential risks, delays, and technical problems and report them to project management.
• Ensure site activities are carried out in accordance with applicable HSE requirements.
• Attend site meetings and provide technical updates to project management and clients.
• Liaise with relevant authorities and consultants when required.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure work is completed according to project requirements.
• Perform other engineering and project-related duties assigned by management.
