The ideal candidate will manage site operations, ensure quality standards, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects efficiently.#### **Key Responsibilities:*** Supervise and manage **interior fitout works** including partitions, ceilings, flooring, painting, and finishing.* Plan and execute **building maintenance activities** (civil works, repairs, refurbishment).* Conduct **site inspections** to ensure compliance with design, safety, and quality standards.* Coordinate with **contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers** for timely project execution.* Prepare and review **BOQ (Bill of Quantities), cost estimates, and material requirements**.* Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to **project timelines and budgets**.* Ensure compliance with **Qatar construction regulations and safety standards**.* Handle **preventive and corrective maintenance** for buildings and facilities.* Prepare **daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports**.* Support procurement and material approvals for civil and fitout works.#### **Requirements:*** Bachelor’s Degree in **Civil Engineering**.* Minimum **3–5 years of experience** in **fitout and building maintenance projects**.* Strong knowledge of **interior fitout materials and methods**.* Experience in **facility maintenance and repair works**.* Familiarity with **AutoCAD and MS Office**.* Knowledge of **Qatar construction standards and regulations**.* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.* Strong communication and coordination skills.#### **Preferred Qualifications:*** Experience in **GCC countries**, especially Qatar.* Valid **Qatar Driving License**.* Knowledge of **MEP coordination** is an added advantage.
