Madre Integrated Engineering | Full time
Supervise daily civil construction activities, including excavation, formwork, reinforcement, concreting, masonry and finishing works.
- Allocate manpower, materials and equipment to meet project schedules and daily targets.
- Read approved drawings and ensure work complies with specifications and quality requirements.
- Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors and other trades to resolve site issues and arrange inspections.
- Enforce safety procedures, monitor progress and maintain daily site records.
Requirements
- * Minimum 4 years of experience as a Civil Foreman on construction projects. *
- ITI, Diploma in Civil Engineering or relevant construction trade qualification preferred.
- Strong practical knowledge of civil works, construction methods and materials.
- Ability to interpret drawings, take site measurements and estimate material requirements.
- Proven ability to supervise workers and coordinate multiple site activities.
- Good understanding of construction safety, quality standards and progress reporting.
