Requirements Degree in Civil Engineering. Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality regulations and standards. Proficiency in Auto CAD and other relevant engineering software. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Minimum 3 years of experience with a main contractor in building construction in the UAE. Proven experience in high-rise buildings and Mid rise projects.
