Contract Cleaner (Al-Rayyan)

As a Contract Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary environment in various locations in Al-Rayyan. Your primary duties will include sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces. You may also be required to empty trash bins, restock supplies, and perform other cleaning tasks as needed.

To be successful in this role, you must have previous experience as a cleaner and possess strong attention to detail. You should also have good physical stamina and the ability to work independently. This is a contract position with no accommodation provided, so you must have your own visa and housing arrangements.

Key Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors


• Dust furniture and surfaces


• Disinfect high-touch areas such as doorknobs and light switches


• Clean and sanitize bathrooms


• Empty trash bins and replace liners


• Restock cleaning supplies as needed


• Maintain equipment in good working condition


• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisor

Requirements

• Previous experience as a cleaner preferred


• Good physical stamina for standing, bending, and lifting up to 25 pounds


• Attention to detail for thorough cleaning of all assigned areas


• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision


• Must have own visa and housing arrangements
