Client Partner - Commerce (Arabic Speaking) - Global Business Solutions - Dubai

The Global Business Solutions (GBS) team is responsible for the revenue growth of the TikTok business, and our teams include Sales, Marketing, Ops, Account Managers, Agency and partnerships, as well as Marketing Science. Our Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build strong businesses and brands. We are uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on TikTok's broad range of products to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.
Within GBS, the MENA Commerce team partners with the region’s largest retail & e-commerce groups, online marketplaces, and fastest-growing digital-native brands. These span fashion, beauty, fragrance, fashion, sportswear, home, electronics, and grocery. We operate as an extension of our clients' growth teams, making TikTok a core driver of their business from brand building through to conversion and commerce.

Responsibilities:

• - Own the revenue targets for your book of business within the Commerce pod, with accountability for quarterly attainment, year-over-year growth, and share of wallet expansion across every client group.
• - Build and run annual and quarterly account plans that map growth levers by brand, market, funnel stage, and product, and reset them proactively as accounts mature. This will require in-market presence in KSA ideally twice per month.
• - Structure and negotiate joint business plans and commercial deals, investment commitments, and incentive programs, backed by a clear ROI case and tracked against agreed outcomes.
• - Manage the day-to-day health of your book, including pacing, forecasting, and pipeline, with clear action plans for decelerating accounts and competitive threats.
• - Grow always-on investment to reduce reliance on seasonal peaks, while maximizing the region's key commercial moments such as Ramadan and Eid, Saudi National Day, Back to School and the Q4 shopping season.
• - Lead a full-funnel, product-led strategy spanning brand building, consideration, web and app conversion, catalog and search.
• - Drive adoption of TikTok's priority solutions, including Smart+, our AI-powered automation, and GenAI creative tools, translating product objectives into measurable client outcomes.
• - Implement new solutions in the region by leading alphas and betas with clients, structuring them as benchmarked tests against client KPIs, and scaling proven results across the vertical.
• - Act as a trusted business advisor, grounding every recommendation in the client's commercial KPIs, data, and market context rather than platform metrics alone.
• - Take hands-on ownership of performance blockers such as catalog setup, tracking, and attribution, working with Solutions Engineering and Operations until they are resolved.
• - Build and sustain C-suite relationships across marketing, e-commerce, and digital leadership through a deliberate cadence of business reviews, leadership sessions, and regular in-market visits.
• - Raise the creative bar by bringing TikTok-first creative strategy, creator partnerships, and branded content to clients, and championing their work for industry recognition.
• - Turn client success into external proof points, including case studies, vertical insights, and leadership presentations, and represent TikTok at industry events and client forums.
• - Help shape the retail and e-commerce go-to-market for MENA, contributing to seasonal frameworks, incentive programs, and points of view on emerging themes such as social and agentic commerce.
• - Identify and develop new business, from untapped brands within existing groups to new retail partners and cross-border commerce opportunities on TikTok Shop.
• - Report clearly on performance, forecasts, risks, and opportunities to regional leadership, share best practices across the team, and support the development of junior colleagues.

What we're looking for:

• - Retail and e-commerce expertise, gained at a brand, retailer, marketplace, platform, or agency, with a strong grasp of omnichannel business models and the commercial levers behind them.
• - Strong command of the digital advertising ecosystem, from full-funnel media planning and performance marketing to catalog, app, and search advertising, measurement, and attribution.
• - A product-led, test-and-learn mindset: quick to master new solutions, rigorous in testing them against client KPIs, and confident in scaling what works.
• - Executive presence and the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders, ideally backed by an established network among retail, e-commerce, and marketing decision-makers in the region.
• - Strategic and analytical rigor, turning complex data into clear insights, business cases, and recommendations.
• - A collaborative team player who shares knowledge generously and lifts the performance of those around them.

Minimum Qualifications:

• - Experience in one of the following: Digital advertising, media, or client partnership roles. Marketing, e-commerce, or digital transformation roles within retail.
• - Hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms, performance marketing, and measurement frameworks.
• - Due to needs of the MENA market and clients, this role will require Arabic language proficiency alongside English Preferred Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:

• - Self-motivated, quick learner with a can-do attitude and a verified track record of establishing projects from scratch.
• - Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
• - Experience analyzing data and translating it into actionable business insights.
