Do you have a passion for beauty aesthetics and exceptional clinic management We re looking for an experienced Aesthetic Clinic Manager who understands the beauty industry knows how to lead high-performing teams and can deliver an outstanding client experience
Your Responsibilities - Oversee daily operations of the aesthetic clinic ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
- Manage and lead clinic staff including doctors, nurses, laser technicians and beauty therapists
- Handle recruitment training staff performance and team development
- Ensure exceptional client experience and high standards of service quality
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
- Monitor clinic revenue prepare budgets control expenses and achieve financial targets
- Drive business growth improve operational efficiency and maximize
Requirements - Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare or aesthetic clinics.
- At least 2 years of experience in a managerial position.
- Previous experience in Aesthetic Clinics, Beauty Centers, or Dermatology Clinics is a MUST.
- Strong understanding of aesthetic treatments, laser services, skincare, and beauty industry operations.
- Proven experience managing doctors, nurses, laser technicians, and beauty professionals.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong financial and business management abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
