Full-Time, Salaried | $70,000–$80,000 + Benefits + Performance Bonus Opportunity
PRISM Integrative Veterinary Health is seeking an experienced Senior Veterinary Technician with strong leadership and operational skills to join our growing integrative veterinary practice.
This is a unique hybrid position for someone who loves veterinary medicine but is also ready to take meaningful ownership of how a practice operates.
Approximately 60% of the role will remain hands-on and clinical , with approximately 40% dedicated to team leadership and practice operations . Responsibilities will be integrated throughout a five-day workweek rather than divided into strictly clinical and administrative days.
We are looking for someone who doesn't simply wait to be told what needs to be done.
The right person notices problems, asks good questions, develops solutions, follows through, and enjoys making a practice simpler, more efficient, more organized, and less dependent on its owner for day-to-day decisions.

Our goal is growth through simplification and organized scaling—not growth through unnecessary complexity.
We want someone who makes the practice easier to operate as it grows.
Working With Our DoctorsOur Medical Director retains responsibility for medical standards, clinical decision-making, medical protocols, and professional medical oversight.
The Clinical Operations Lead is responsible for the operational environment in which our doctors practice , including scheduling, workflow, support-team allocation, operational expectations, efficiency, and implementation of established practice policies.
Previous experience successfully providing operational leadership to veterinarians or other professional clinical staff is a strong plus.
Who We're Looking ForOur ideal candidate has:
CVT/LVT/RVT credentialing is welcomed but not required. Demonstrated technical proficiency, leadership ability, maturity, and judgment are more important to us than credentials alone.
Experience in specialty medicine, oncology, integrative medicine, or a high-touch client-care environment is a plus but not required.
What Success Looks LikeOver time, the person in this role becomes the first point of contact for routine operational and team matters.
You'll understand what's happening across the practice, identify problems before they become larger issues, develop solutions, support and hold the team accountable, and help create an environment where doctors can focus on medicine and the owner can focus on medical leadership and business strategy.
Success in this role means helping PRISM grow revenue and capacity while becoming simpler, more organized, and less dependent on owner involvement.
We are looking for someone who wants to be able to say:
“I understand what we're trying to accomplish, I know what needs my attention, and I can take ownership of getting it done.”
