Coordinates multi-disciplinary team members, directs and facilitates nursing staff in obtaining safe, optimal health care outcomes. Supports activities that meet the facility vision, mission and goals. Provides professional leadership and support to the healthcare team. BSN preferred.Work experience requirements: Minimum of one-year full-time or three-years part-time experience in acute care specialty nursing. One to three years supervisory experience preferred.Required licenses/ certifications/courses Current South Carolina or qualifying compact state nursing license. BLS, ACLS and PALS (upon hire); NRP and TNCC (within 6 months).
