Detailed Job Description:As a Cloud and M365 Engineer supporting Focus Infotech in Abu Dhabi, UAE, you will take full operational, tactical, and technical ownership of post-migration validation, cloud administration, tenant security governance, and managed operations across enterprise environments (noting that tenant migration is explicitly excluded from this operational scope). Your day-to-day responsibilities include administering, securing, and maintaining client-approved Microsoft 365 services, Azure cloud infrastructure, identity and access management (IAM) platforms, and endpoint security solutions, coordinating closely with remote CloudOps engineering squads during post-migration validation and ongoing managed support cycles, configuring and enforcing robust security baselines, conditional access policies, multi‑factor authentication (MFA), and threat protection mechanisms, monitoring cloud telemetry, system health, and service performance to proactively identify and resolve operational anomalies, collaborating seamlessly with cross‑functional IT infrastructure, security, and client stakeholder squads in Agile sprint cycles, conducting rigorous vulnerability assessments, patch management, and compliance audits across M365 and Azure platforms, preparing comprehensive technical documentation of system configurations, operational runbooks, and incident response procedures, and managing application requirements ensuring strict compliance with the 6+ years experience requirement and Abu Dhabi on‑site presence.
