- Ensure all clublevel rooms and lounges are functioning properly
- Perform routine preventive maintenance checks.
- Set up operate and troubleshoot AV equipment (TVs speakers projectors) in club lounges
- Ensure smooth running of entertainment systems and guestuse technology.
- Ensure technical readiness of clublevel guest areas.
- Respond promptly to service calls or technical issues reported by staff or guests.
- Assist in setting up special VIP events in club areas
- Maintain tools and spare parts inventory.
- Request or restock needed equipment or supplies for technical upkeep.
- Respond to technical issues reported by guests in clublevel rooms or lounges.
- Ensure all facilities are in top condition for VIPs and hightier loyalty guests.
- Ensure all equipment complies with safety regulations.
- Maintain clear documentation of inspections and repairs.
Qualifications :
- Strong knowledge of electrical plumbing HVAC and mechanical systems commonly found in hotels. Ability to troubleshoot and repair various equipment and systems efficiently.
- Experience in performing routine maintenance tasks and inspections to ensure the proper functioning of hotel facilities.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and protocols governing hotel operations including fire safety electrical safety and occupational health standards.
- Ability to analyze complex technical issues identify root causes and develop effective solutions in a timely manner. Adaptability to handle unexpected challenges and emergencies as they arise.
- Clear and effective communication skills to interact with hotel staff guests and external contractors professionally.
- Customerfocused mindset with a dedication to providing exceptional service to hotel guests. Ability to respond promptly to guest requests and concerns while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks manage workload efficiently and meet deadlines in a fastpaced hotel environment. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
