Cluster Digital Marketing Executive

Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative detail-oriented and digitally driven Cluster Digital Marketing Executive to join our Marketing team. The role will be responsible for managing digital platforms maintaining brand consistency supporting content development improving online visibility and assisting with marketing operations across our hotel portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and adapt creative assets for digital campaigns internal communication and hotel promotions using tools such as Canva Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop Illustrator or similar platforms.
• Support the creation and management of marketing collateral including promotional materials digital assets posters flyers brochures and other communication materials.
• Develop and update digital signage and hotel screen content ensuring timely communication of promotions events campaigns and guest messaging.
• Ensure all creative assets and marketing materials are aligned with brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all guest touchpoints.
• Maintain and organize digital assets artwork files templates and marketing resources.
• Manage and update hotel content across websites OTAs Google Business Profiles and other digital platforms.
• Support website content management landing page updates and digital campaign execution.
• Manage OTA content including descriptions and images to improve online visibility and conversion.
• Manage Local SEO activities to improve online visibility search rankings and guest discovery.
• Conduct regular digital audits across online platforms to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Conduct brand compliance audits across digital platforms and marketing touchpoints.
• Explore and implement AI-powered tools to improve content creation reporting workflow efficiency and digital marketing processes.
• Assist with marketing administrative tasks including purchase requests invoice tracking budget monitoring and vendor coordination.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth execution of digital and marketing activities.

Qualifications :

• 24 years of experience in digital marketing digital distribution e-commerce or hospitality marketing.
• Experience managing websites OTAs Google Business Profiles and digital platforms.
• Basic understanding of SEO content optimization and digital marketing principles.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and coordination skills.
• Advanced graphic design skills with knowledge of Canva Photoshop Illustrator or similar design tools.
• Well-equipped with AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT Claude Canva AI and other digital productivity platforms to support content creation research automation and marketing efficiency.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative mindset with a passion for digital trends content creation and brand storytelling.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with different teams.
• Previous hospitality experience or knowledge of hotel digital platforms is an advantage.

Additional Information :
