Cluster Director of Rooms starting Q4 2026

This is a cluster leadership role overseeing rooms operations across two 5 star properties ensuring consistency and excellence across both hotels.

We are seeking a visionary and goal-oriented Director of Rooms to join our team. As a key member of our executive team you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Rooms Division. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape exceptional guest experiences.

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for the Rooms Division ensuring the highest standards of service and operational excellence
• Oversee and optimize housekeeping and front office operations including reception concierge and bell/valet services
• Manage functions to maintain  presentation throughout the property
• Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and drive positive reviews
• Analyze key performance metrics and financial data to make informed decisions and improve departmental efficiency
• Collaborate with other department heads to ensure seamless guest experiences across all touchpoints
• Lead mentor and develop a high-performing team fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
• Manage departmental budgets control expenses and optimize revenue generation
• Stay abreast of industry trends and local tourism developments to maintain the propertys competitive edge
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health safety and security regulations

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management Business Administration or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Rooms Division management within hotels or resorts
• Proven track record of improving guest satisfaction scores and operational efficiency
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting forecasting and revenue management
• Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and develop staff
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests staff and stakeholders at all levels
• Proficiency in hotel management software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
• Fluency in English ; additional languages are a plus
• In-depth knowledge of  hospitality standards and best practices
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as required
• Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving service excellence
