Pomeroy Living, a vibrant and diverse skilled nursing facility in the heart of Sterling Heights, MI , is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team.
Responsibilities:
* Provide direct patient care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
* Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff.
* Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
* Administer medications as directed.
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident care.
* Build strong relationships with residents and their families.
* Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
Qualifications:
* Current and valid Michigan Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
* Experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility preferred.
* Compassionate and caring demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
