We are looking for skilled CNC Machine Operators with hands‑on experience operating 3-axis and 4-axis CNC machines and automated production equipment. Candidates should have basic HMI knowledge, machine setup skills and a strong focus on quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate 3-axis and 4-axis CNC machines and automated production stations.
- Set up machines, calibrate equipment and replace tools as required.
- Load and unload materials and workpieces safely.
- Read technical drawings, engraving layouts and work instructions.
- Monitor production quality and dimensional accuracy.
- Conduct inspections using vernier callipers, height gauges, micrometres and dial indicators.
- Identify machine faults, defects and production abnormalities.
- Perform routine cleaning, lubrication and basic preventive maintenance.
- Follow safety procedures and coordinate with production and quality teams.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of CNC machine operating experience.
- Experience with automated shaping, drilling, grinding, punching or assembly equipment.
- Basic understanding of automation systems and HMI control panels.
- Ability to read technical drawings and use precision measuring instruments.
- Good mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to operate different machines as required.
- Experience in stone manufacturing, engraving, jewellery or precision manufacturing is an advantage.
