CNC Mill Machinist
We are seeking a detail-oriented CNC Mill Machinist to set up, operate, and maintain CNC milling machines to produce high-quality, precision components for mission-critical applications. The ideal candidate can read technical drawings and blueprints, perform accurate measurements, inspect finished parts, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Set up, operate, and maintain CNC milling machines.
* Read blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.
* Select tooling, adjust machine settings, and monitor machining operations.
* Measure and inspect parts using precision instruments, including calipers and micrometers.
* Ensure parts meet specifications and GD&T requirements.
* Perform routine maintenance, maintain accurate production records, and keep the work area safe and organized.
Required Qualifications:
* High school diploma or GED.
* Experience operating CNC milling machines.
* Knowledge of GD&T, basic math, and precision measurement tools.
* Strong mechanical skills, attention to detail, and commitment to safety.
* Basic computer skills and effective English communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Conventional machining experience or formal machining training.
* Experience with Haas CNC equipment.
* Mastercam experience.
* CNC machine setup and programming experience.
