Commercial Account Executive - AI Service Management SaaS
Go To Market | NYC, NY | On-site | Full-time
About the Company
Our client is an early-stage AI service management platform that resolves employee requests end-to-end with full context - the people, systems, services, and policies that define how an organization actually runs. Requests that used to take days resolve in minutes, right where employees already work.
About the Role
This is a high-velocity, full-cycle sales role selling an AI-native service management platform to IT leaders at growing organizations (under ~2,000 employees). You'll own everything from first outreach through close, and as an early go-to-market hire, you'll help define the sales motion from day one.
Responsibilities
- Own the full new-business sales cycle, moving deals with speed and consistency.
- Generate much of your own pipeline through proactive outbound and disciplined follow-up.
- Run a high volume of active opportunities without losing the thread on any of them.
- Sell the AI-native difference credibly, showing buyers how the platform transforms their service operations rather than just replacing a tool.
- Partner with the CEO, engineers, and product managers to shape the story, feed the roadmap, and refine positioning.
- Forecast accurately and keep the CRM current.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of full-cycle closing experience in B2B SaaS, or a strong SDR/BDR ready to step into a closing role.
- Hungry and self-motivated - you generate your own pipeline and thrive on volume and velocity.
- Coachable, with solid fundamentals in discovery and qualification.
- Comfortable managing many active opportunities in a fast-paced startup environment.
What They Offer
- The chance to own critical revenue relationships and shape how the company sells as it scales.
- A culture that values craftsmanship, autonomy, and technical excellence.
- Competitive compensation, equity, benefits, and aggressive accelerators for overachievement.
- On-site five days a week in a Manhattan office, side-by-side with the founding team. Travel to customers and events as needed.
Compensation: $80,000 base / $160,000 OTE (inclusive of commission) USD.
