Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Insight Implementation – Number of insights provided that are implemented.
Data Quality – Accuracy and completeness of the data used in analysis.

Project Delivery – Number of analytics use cases delivered on time and within budget.
Process Improvement – Impact of data governance framework and SOPs on improving business processes, measured by reduction in data errors, increase in data availability and decision-making speed.
Relevant Experience
5+ years in a similar role, ideally within the Financial Services Industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills – ability to translate business problems into data & analytics solutions.
Mandatory Requirements
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Experience in the Financial Industry, previous consulting experience, and understanding of digital data (app/web development) is an advantage.
Proficient in business tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
