BettingJobs is partnering with an ambitious B2B iGaming aggregator newly established in Dubai to appoint its first Commercial Manager You ll shape its commercial engine from day one as it builds a platform aimed at a global customer base You ll be a hands‑on commercial lead with a real seat at the table setting strategy pricing and deal structures for a business that is still being built This role suits an experienced B2B iGaming commercial professional who wants ownership and influence rather than a narrowly defined remit Candidates already based in Dubai or ready to relocate are welcome and private healthcare is included

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the commercial strategy for a newly launching aggregation platform
• Build the pricing model and commercial frameworks from the ground up
• Source negotiate and close deals with operators and content partners worldwide
• Advise leadership on market entry partnership priorities and go-to-market planning
• Build a sustainable pipeline across a global customer base

Requirements

• Proven B2B commercial experience in iGaming
• ideally within an aggregator
• some flexibility for Dubai-based candidates
• Strong track record in deal-making
• pricing and commercial negotiation
• Confidence shaping strategy in an early-stage build-it-yourself environment
• Network across operators and suppliers in multiple markets
• Based In Dubai or willing to relocate
