LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a well-established and highly respected law firm in the Tampa Bay area seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join its growing practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented legal professional who enjoys working on sophisticated real estate transactions and collaborating with a dynamic team of attorneys and legal professionals.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting attorneys through all phases of commercial real estate transactions
• Preparing, reviewing, and organizing transactional documents for attorney review and execution
• Conducting title, lien, UCC, and public records searches
• Reviewing title commitments, surveys, and related due diligence materials
• Coordinating e-filings, recordings, and closing logistics
• Maintaining transaction timelines, critical dates, and closing checklists
• Assisting with acquisitions, dispositions, development projects, leasing matters, and affordable housing transactions
• Managing multiple matters simultaneously while ensuring accuracy and timely completion

What We're Looking For

✅ 3+ years of commercial real estate paralegal experience

✅ Strong understanding of real estate transactions, title and survey review, and due diligence processes

✅ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlines

✅ Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

✅ Professional communication skills with both clients and attorneys

✅ Self-starter who can work independently while also contributing to a team environment

✅ Adaptable, technology-savvy, and eager to learn new systems and processes

✅ Florida Registered Paralegal (FRP) certification or other paralegal certification preferred
