Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Commis III Chef to join a reputed catering project in Qatar. The candidate will assist the kitchen team in food preparation, cooking, hygiene, and maintaining food-quality standards in a professional catering environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior chefs with daily food preparation and cooking.
• Prepare ingredients according to recipes and kitchen requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and work areas.
• Follow food-safety, hygiene, and HACCP procedures.
• Properly store and handle food ingredients.
• Assist with portioning, plating, and serving as required.
• Ensure kitchen equipment and utensils are used safely.
• Support the team during busy catering operations.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a Commis III or similar role.
• GCC experience required.
• Culinary Certificate preferred.
• Basic Food Safety & Hygiene knowledge/certificate.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a kitchen team.
