Job Title: Commissioning Engineer Electrical / I&C

The Commissioning Engineer will support the preparation and execution of electrical and instrumentation & control commissioning activities ensuring proper testing system readiness and safe handover to operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support commissioning activities for electrical and I&C systems
- Review test procedures commissioning dossiers and system turnover documentation
- Verify system readiness and support mechanical completion and punch clearance activities
- Coordinate with construction vendors QA/QC and operations teams
- Witness testing energization loop checks and functional testing activities
- Support troubleshooting and resolution of commissioning issues
- Ensure proper documentation and handover records are maintained
- Follow all HSE and commissioning procedures during execution
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Instrumentation Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
- Strong commissioning background in thermal power plant projects preferably CCGT
- Good knowledge of electrical systems control systems testing and plant startup activities
- Strong coordination and reporting skills
Preferred Profile
- GCC project experience
- Exposure to DCS protection systems switchgear and commissioning interfaces
