Commissioning lead - (onshore telecom)

Lead and oversee strong pre-commissioning and commissioning activities strong for the Telecom discipline on major Oil Gas projects Monitor EPC Contractor progress for strong Mechanical Completion MC Pre-Commissioning CSA and Ready for Start-Up RFSU strong activities Ensure commissioning activities are executed safely and in accordance with strong approved procedures project specifications and HSE requirements strong Monitor the commissioning schedule activity sequence and progress against project milestones Review and follow up strong punch list creation categorization and clearance strong with the EPC Contractor Verify the completeness of strong Mechanical Completion Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning dossiers strong through final handover Monitor and verify EPC Contractor strong preservation activities strong against project requirements Monitor subsystem progress through the strong Completion Management System CMS strong and ensure timely handover Participate in strong walkdowns CTP kick-off meetings FATs contractor vendor meetings and punch clearance meetings strong Provide commissioning progress reports support lessons-learned activities and coordinate with Construction Operations HSEQ EPC Contractor subcontractors and vendors

Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Sciences or Engineering. Minimum 8 years of experience in large-project commissioning within the Oil & Gas industry. Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience, including acting roles or oversight of service/vendor personnel. Proven experience in pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up on major Oil & Gas projects. Strong knowledge of completion certificate types and punch-list categorization. Hands-on experience with Completion Management Systems (CMS) such as PIMS, Win PCS, ICAPS, Hexagon or similar. Good understanding of Construction, QA/QC and Operations interfaces. Strong knowledge of HSE standards and safe system handover practices, with commitment to offshore-site safety requirements. Strong technical judgment, decision-making, prioritization and coordination skills. Excellent English communication, reporting and organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications. Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines, heavy workloads and changing priorities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
