Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

We are seeking an experienced Community Manager to lead the establishment and operations of community management. This is a unique opportunity to build the community management function from the ground up, establish operational standards, and deliver an exceptional living experience for residents from the very first handover.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the community management operating model, service standards, policies, and procedures.
• Lead community operational readiness and coordinate the transition from project delivery to resident operations.
• Oversee daily operations of shared facilities, amenities, access control, and community services.
• Manage resident relations, move-in coordination, communications, complaints, and service requests.
• Coordinate and monitor facilities management, security, and other service providers.
• Manage community budgets, service levels, operational performance, and reporting.
• Develop and lead the community management team as the development progresses.
• Ensure compliance with relevant Abu Dhabi regulations and community management requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, Facilities Management, or a related field.
• 8–12 years of experience in community or property management, preferably within large residential or mixed-use developments in the GCC.
• Proven experience launching a community or managing the transition from construction handover to operations.
• Strong experience managing outsourced facilities and security contracts.
• Experience in luxury residential, waterfront, island, or resort developments is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and budgeting skills.
• Familiarity with community management systems, CRM platforms, and digital reporting tools.
• CMCA, M-100, or similar professional certification is an advantage.
