Job Title: Concierge
Location: Washington, DC (On-Site)
Pay Range: $20 - $25 per hour
Position Overview
We are seeking a professional, customer-focused Concierge to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, guests, tenants, and employees. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, maintain a welcoming environment, and assist with a variety of administrative and hospitality-related tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests, visitors, and employees in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage front desk operations and maintain a welcoming reception area.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly.
- Coordinate visitor check-ins, issue guest passes, and ensure security procedures are followed.
- Provide information regarding building amenities, local attractions, transportation, dining options, and services.
- Schedule reservations, meeting rooms, and special requests as needed.
- Receive and distribute packages, deliveries, and correspondence.
- Assist with event coordination and tenant or guest service requests.
- Maintain accurate records, logs, and reports.
- Resolve guest concerns and escalate issues when appropriate.
- Collaborate with management and other departments to ensure a high-quality customer experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1+ years of experience in concierge, hospitality, front desk, customer service, reception, or administrative support roles preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and remain professional under pressure.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexible schedule, including occasional evenings or weekends if required.

- Hospitality or luxury service experience.
