Concierge

Summary

We are seeking a professional and welcoming Concierge to provide exceptional guest service in Qatar. The Concierge will assist guests with enquiries, reservations, transportation, local recommendations, and other requests, ensuring a smooth and memorable experience while following the organisation’s service standards.

Job Responsibility

• Welcome guests and respond to enquiries in a courteous, timely, and professional manner.
• Provide information about local attractions, dining, events, shopping, and services in Qatar.
• Arrange restaurant bookings, transportation, tours, appointments, and other guest requests.
• Coordinate with hotel or facility teams to address guest needs and resolve concerns.
• Keep up to date with local venues, services, events, and relevant cultural considerations.
• Handle calls, messages, and service requests accurately and maintain appropriate records.
• Protect guest privacy and handle personal information responsibly.
• Support guests from diverse backgrounds and communicate respectfully.
• Follow organisational policies, health and safety procedures, and applicable local requirements.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience in concierge, hospitality, customer service, or a related role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a courteous and service-oriented approach.
• Good knowledge of Qatar’s attractions, dining options, transportation, and local services, or the ability to learn quickly.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic and other languages are an advantage.
• Strong organisation, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
• Professional presentation and the ability to remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
