Concierge for Luxury Hotel in Al-Rayyan, Qatar A luxury hotel in Al-Rayyan is seeking a Concierge to join our team. As the face of our hotel, the Concierge will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests throughout their stay. As this is a contract position, no previous experience is required, making it the perfect opportunity for Indian candidates looking for a job abroad without needing to speak English. The ideal candidate will be friendly, approachable, and able to handle various tasks at once in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and transportation options Make reservations for guests at restaurants or events as requested Handle guest complaints or issues promptly and efficiently Coordinate with other hotel staff to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction Keep lobby area clean and tidy at all times Assist with luggage handling and storage as needed Arrange transportation for guests as requested Requirements: Indian nationality preferred but not required Ability to work on a contract basis with no previous experience required Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus but not required Strong customer service skills and ability to handle difficult situations with grace and professionalism Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Salary: 1300$ per month plus tips Location: Al-Rayyan, Qatar Benefits: Free visa and ticket provided by the hotel Accommodation not provided
