Concierge for Luxury Hotel in Al-Rayyan, Qatar As a Concierge for our luxury hotel in Al-Rayyan, Qatar, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests. This role requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. While proficiency in English is preferred, it is not required for this position. Key Responsibilities
Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process Provide recommendations and assistance with local attractions, restaurants, and transportation Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and efficiently Make reservations and arrangements for guests including dining reservations, spa appointments, and transportation Maintain knowledge of hotel services and amenities to effectively promote them to guests Assist with luggage handling and delivery to guest rooms Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction Address any guest complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner Maintain a clean and organized lobby area at all times Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent education required; Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred Previous experience in a customer service role preferred but not required Excellent verbal communication skills; proficiency in English is preferred but not required Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly on your feet Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively Knowledge of local area attractions, restaurants, and transportation options Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month along with free visa sponsorship and airfare.
