Construction Manager

Mechanical Construction Manager | $15B Semiconductor Mega-Project | Boise, ID - Up to 278k of earning potential

We're hiring senior Mechanical Construction Managers for a $15 billion semiconductor manufacturing expansion in Boise, Idaho .

This is a massive, multi-phase advanced manufacturing project involving cleanrooms, central utility plants, process water, chemical systems and highly complex mechanical infrastructure.

You will own one of four areas:

• Wet Mechanical
• Dry Mechanical
• Plumbing
• Fire Protection

We're targeting candidates with 10+ years of construction experience with a few years of managing mechanical scopes on semiconductor, data center, mission-critical, battery/EV, pharmaceutical, advanced manufacturing or comparable heavy MEP projects.

This position requires true full-lifecycle Construction Management experience , including preconstruction, bid packages, equipment buyout, subcontractor management, RFIs/submittals, execution and startup.

Compensation:

$65-75/hr plus 10 hours of overtime pay on time of that

50 hours/week

$174/day per diem, 7 days/week, for qualifying travelers

Approximately $278K annualized in wages and per diem based on the stated schedule and full per diem eligibility

The initial contract is 12 months, but the overall program has multiple years of anticipated construction runway .
