Construction Manager vacancy in Al-Khor Qatar Construction Manager - Al-Khor, Qatar
We are hiring a skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee our projects in Al-Khor, Qatar. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in construction management and a strong understanding of building codes and regulations. This is a full-time position with a salary of 900$ per month.
Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and manage construction projects from beginning to end
Develop project timelines and budgets
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project plans are followed
Monitor progress of construction projects and make adjustments as needed
Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
Manage project budgets and expenses
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met
Address any issues or delays that arise during the construction process
Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress
Prepare reports on project status for upper management
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field
Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
Excellent organizational skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong leadership skills
Ability to work well under pressure
Excellent communication skills
Proficient in MS Office
Preferred
Qatari nationality or prior experience working in Qatar
