Senior Construction Manager
As a Senior Construction Manager you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects in Al-Khor. Your main duty will be to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget and to the required quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, communication and project management skills to effectively coordinate with contractors, subcontractors and other team members.
- Plan, organize and schedule construction projects
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the project including budgeting, scheduling, quality control and safety
- Review and approve project plans, specifications and contracts
- Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of work
- Monitor progress of construction projects and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the course of the project
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations and safety standards
- Participate in site meetings and provide technical expertise as needed
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and equipment
- Excellent leadership skills
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
