Consultant Endocrinology

Role Description This is a full-time Consultant Endocrinology role based in Dubai. The Consultant Endocrinologist will provide specialized diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing management of endocrine and metabolic disorders for adult and/or pediatric patients, depending on the practice setting. Daily responsibilities include conducting outpatient clinics, inpatient consultations, reviewing diagnostic tests, and developing evidence-based treatment plans. The role involves coordinating care with multidisciplinary teams, supervising junior medical staff where applicable, maintaining accurate medical records, and ensuring adherence to local regulatory and clinical governance standards. The consultant will also participate in case discussions, quality improvement activities, and may contribute to patient education, preventive care initiatives, and clinical training programs.

Qualifications

• Recognized medical degree and completion of specialist training in Endocrinology (Board Certification or equivalent).
• Proven experience in managing a broad range of endocrine and metabolic conditions, including diabetes, thyroid disorders, adrenal and pituitary diseases.
• Strong clinical decision-making and diagnostic skills, with the ability to interpret laboratory, imaging, and specialized endocrine tests.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with patients, families, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Commitment to evidence-based practice, continuous professional development, and adherence to ethical and regulatory standards.
• Ability to work in a culturally diverse environment and provide patient-centered, gender-neutral, and non-discriminatory care.
• Experience in teaching, mentoring, or participating in clinical research is an advantage.
• Salary around 90.000 depends on the qualifications and experience.
