Location: Dubai, The United Arab Emirates
Salary and benefits: the base salary is approximately AED 100,000 per month, equivalent to around €24,300 per month or €290,000 per year, depending on exchange rates.
We are currently seeking a highly experienced Consultant in Obstetrics & Gynaecology with training in Fetal Medicine to join a leading private healthcare provider in Dubai.
This is an excellent opportunity to work within a state-of-the-art facility, delivering high-quality, patient-centred care in a multidisciplinary and international environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert care in Maternal-Fetal Medicine, including the management of high-risk pregnancies
- Perform and interpret advanced fetal imaging and diagnostic procedures, including detailed anomaly scans
- Conduct procedures such as amniocentesis, CVS, and other fetal interventions as required
- Collaborate closely with neonatal, genetics, and other specialities to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Lead and contribute to antenatal clinics, including complex case management
- Support and mentor junior medical staff and contribute to clinical governance and quality improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- Recognised specialist qualification in Obstetrics & Gynaecology, with formal training in Fetal Medicine, obtained from training programmes in the UK, Ireland, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand or EU countries.
- Completed training or fellowship in Fetal Medicine / Maternal-Fetal Medicine
- Strong expertise in fetal ultrasound and invasive diagnostic procedures
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage but not essential)
