Consultant Internal Medicine

Role Description

The Consultant Internal Medicine role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. The consultant will provide comprehensive diagnostic and therapeutic care to adult patients with a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions. Daily responsibilities include conducting outpatient and inpatient consultations, interpreting diagnostic tests, developing evidence-based treatment plans, and coordinating care with other specialists and healthcare professionals. The role involves participation in medical rounds, case discussions, and clinical audits to ensure high-quality standards of care. The consultant may also contribute to training and mentoring junior medical staff, supporting continuous medical education and best practices within the department.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical expertise in Medicine and Internal Medicine, with the ability to manage complex adult cases.
• Experience in Emergency Medicine, including acute care, stabilization, and triage of critically ill patients.
• Demonstrated ability in Working with Physicians and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Recognized medical degree, completed residency in Internal Medicine, and relevant board certification or specialist registration in western country.
• Eligibility to obtain or hold a medical license in the United Arab Emirates.
