Position Overview
We are seeking a bilingual Project Manager / PMO to manage IT projects and coordinate Japanese and international stakeholders across Japan, the U.S., Asia, and other regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage domestic and international IT projects, including schedule, progress, quality, and cost
- Coordinate between Japanese stakeholders and overseas teams
- Facilitate meetings in Japanese and English
- Prepare project documentation, reports, and meeting minutes
- Manage issues, risks, and escalations
