Content and social media lead

Content & Social Media Lead

If you watch a Reel and instantly know why it went viral, keep reading.

We're not looking for someone to "manage social media."

We're looking for someone who understands people.

Someone who knows why certain videos make you laugh, cry, send them to friends, or immediately save them.

Someone who understands that the best content isn't about algorithms, it's about emotion.

At Rasa Silver Stories, we're building one of India's fastest-growing jewellery brands. But more importantly, we're building a brand people genuinely want to follow, talk about and be part of.

We don't want generic jewellery content.

We want the content everyone else wishes they'd made.

What You'll Do

You'll own the entire content universe of Rasa.

From dreaming up viral ideas at 11 PM to directing shoots, working with creators, launching campaigns and building stories that make people stop scrolling.

One day you could be creating an emotional brand film.

The next, you're scripting a reel that's getting shared across Instagram.

Then you're working with creators, spotting trends before everyone else, or creating a campaign that gets people lining up outside our stores.

If it's content...

It's yours to build.

We're Looking For Someone Who...

Lives and breathes Instagram, You Tube and social media. Constantly saves content because "this was brilliant." Understands human psychology, storytelling and what makes people feel something. Knows that every platform has a different language and creates accordingly. Can spot trends before they become trends. Thinks in hooks, retention, shares and conversations not just views. Loves experimenting and isn't afraid to try crazy ideas. Has exceptional aesthetic taste and attention to detail. Can lead shoots, creators, editors and agencies with confidence. Wants to build work they're genuinely proud of.

Huge Bonus If...

You're a content creator yourself. You've grown your own page or built an audience. You've had videos organically go viral. You naturally think in content wherever you go. You have that instinct where you just know... "People are going to love this."

What Success Looks Like

Not more posts.

More conversations.

More shares.

More saves.

More people discovering Rasa because our content made them feel something.

Content that inspires visits to our stores.

Content competitors start copying.

Content people remember.

Why You'll Love This Role

You'll have the freedom to experiment.

You'll work directly with the founders.

You'll collaborate with creators, influencers and some of the best creative talent in the country.

You'll have the opportunity to build a brand from the ground up not just another Instagram page.

If you've ever wanted to create work that millions of people watch, talk about and remember...

This is your chance.

Let's build India's most loved jewellery brand together.
