Job Summary

We are looking for a highly creative and culturally aware Content Creator cum Marketing Specialist who genuinely understands the Qatari market, local culture, audience behaviour, and social media trends. This role goes beyond simply creating posts or speaking Arabic. We need someone who understands how people in Qatar communicate, what captures their attention, local expressions and humour, and what makes content feel natural and relatable rather than translated or generic. The ideal candidate will be a strong bilingual writer and creative thinker who can turn products, services, offers, and everyday situations into engaging content ideas, marketing scripts, and short‑form videos.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging and culturally relevant content for the Qatar market.
• Write naturally and creatively in both Qatari Arabic and English.
• Develop scripts and scenarios for marketing and social media videos.
• Create strong hooks, storylines, dialogues, captions, and calls to action.
• Generate fresh concepts for Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Reels, and other short‑form content.
• Turn products, services, promotions, and offers into interesting content angles that encourage customers to visit, engage, or order.
• Develop creative campaign concepts based on local trends, occasions, customer behaviour, and cultural moments.
• Work closely with videographers, photographers, designers, and editors to ensure the final content communicates the original idea effectively.
• Keep up with social media trends and identify which trends can be adapted appropriately for the Qatari audience.
• Support marketing campaigns, product launches, promotions, and brand activations.
• Proactively bring new ideas and creative opportunities instead of waiting for instructions.

• كتابة النصوص والسيناريوهات الخاصة بالحملات التسويقية ومقاطع الفيديو على وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي.
• تطوير افتتاحيات جاذبة للانتباه (Hooks)، وقصص، وحوارات، وتعليقات، ودعوات واضحة لاتخاذ إجراء (CTA).
• ابتكار أفكار جديدة لمحتوى Instagram وTikTok وSnapchat وReels وغيرها من منصات المحتوى القصير.
• تحويل المنتجات والخدمات والعروض الترويجية إلى أفكار تسويقية مشوقة تشجع العملاء على الزيارة أو التفاعل أو الطلب.
• تطوير أفكار إبداعية للحملات بناءً على الاتجاهات المحلية والمناسبات وسلوك العملاء والفعاليات واللحظات الثقافية المهمة.
• التعاون مع المصورين ومصوري الفيديو والمصممين والمونتيرين لضمان تنفيذ الفكرة بالشكل المطلوب.
• متابعة اتجاهات وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي وتحديد ما يمكن توظيفه وتكييفه بما يتناسب مع الجمهور القطري.
• دعم الحملات التسويقية وإطلاق المنتجات والعروض والأنشطة الترويجية للعلامة التجارية.
• المبادرة المستمرة بطرح أفكار وفرص إبداعية جديدة دون انتظار التوجيه في كل خطوة.

What We Are Looking For

We are not simply looking for someone who can speak Arabic or manage social media accounts. We need a creative storyteller and marketer who understands what makes the Qatari audience stop scrolling, engage with content, talk about a brand, visit a location, or place an order.

Requirements

• Excellent writing and communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Strong understanding of Qatari culture, expressions, humour, lifestyle, habits, and consumer behaviour.
• Ability to write Arabic content that feels local, natural, and authentic, rather than directly translated from English.
• Strong scriptwriting, storytelling, and creative concept‑development skills.
• Good understanding of content creation for Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and other digital platforms.
• Ability to transform a product or service into an engaging marketing story or campaign.
• Creative, proactive, observant, and able to independently generate new ideas.
• Comfortable collaborating with content production, filming, design, and editing teams.
• Food & Beverage experience is a strong advantage, particularly with restaurants, cafés, or food brands.
• Previous experience in content creation, social media, advertising, or digital marketing is preferred.
• Candidates with strong familiarity with Qatar, including those who have grown up or spent significant time in Qatar, would be an advantage; however, demonstrated understanding of the Qatari audience and culture is more important.

• تعتبر الخبرة في قطاع الأغذية والمشروبات (F&B) ميزة قوية، خصوصاً في المطاعم والمقاهي والعلامات التجارية الغذائية.
• يُفضّل وجود خبرة سابقة في صناعة المحتوى أو وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي أو الإعلان أو التسويق الرقمي.
• تُعتبر المعرفة القوية بقطر ميزة إضافية، بما في ذلك المرشحون الذين نشأوا في قطر أو أمضوا فترة طويلة فيها، إلا أن الأهم هو إثبات فهم حقيقي وعميق للثقافة القطرية والجمهور المحلي.
