Content Creator

The Content Creator will be responsible for conceptualizing, developing, producing, and editing high-quality visual content for the company and its diverse portfolio of brands across multiple industries, with a strong focus on short-form video and social media content. The role combines creative concept development, photography, videography, video editing, color grading, and AI-assisted content creation. The ideal candidate is highly creative, visually driven, adaptable, and capable of producing both engaging, trend-driven social media content and polished, premium brand content that effectively showcases each brand's products, services, experiences, and unique identity.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, shoot, edit, and deliver engaging short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Stories, and other socialplatforms.
• Create fast, trend-aware content that is native to social media while maintaining strong visual quality and brand consistency.
• Produce high-quality food, restaurant, lifestyle, and promotional content that captures the quality of our food and the atmosphere, personality, and charm of our restaurants.
• Handle content production from concept to final delivery, including creative direction, shot planning, filming, editing, sound design, colorcorrection, and export.
• Operate cameras and photography equipment confidently, with a good understanding of composition, lighting, framing, cameramovement, and basic cinematography.
• Capture high-quality food and lifestyle photography for social media, menus, websites, campaigns, and other brand materials.Edit and enhance video using professional editing software, with motion graphics, transitions, visual effects, typography, and sounddesign where appropriate.
• Apply professional color correction and color grading to create consistent, visually appealing content across different shoots andbrands.
• Use AI image and video generation tools as an important part of the creative workflow to develop concepts, generate visual assets,enhance footage, create variations, and accelerate content production.
• Stay current with emerging TikTok and Instagram formats, editing styles, visual trends, creator tools, AI workflows, and content-production techniques.
• Develop multiple creative variations and formats from a single shoot or content concept to maximize the usefulness and lifespan ofcontent.
• Work closely with the Marketing Manager and restaurant teams to understand brand objectives, promotions, menus, and upcomingactivations, translating them into strong visual content.
• Maintain organized project files, footage, photography, source files, exports, and reusable creative assets.
• Be comfortable working quickly and adapting content based on changing priorities, trends, and production requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Digital Media, Film, Photography, Communications, Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in content creation, videography, photography, social media content production, or arelated creative role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating video-first content, particularly short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, or similar platforms.
• Hands-on camera experience with a strong understanding of composition, lighting, framing, and visual storytelling.
• Strong video editing skills and an eye for pacing, transitions, music, sound, and storytelling.
• Working knowledge of color correction and color grading.
• Experience creating motion graphics, animated typography, or visual effects is a strong plus.
• Strong understanding of current short-form content formats, trends, hooks, pacing, and what makes content engaging within the firstfew seconds.
• Proven ability to create content quickly without compromising visual quality.
• Strong creative judgment and attention to detail, particularly when shooting food, people, products, and hospitality environments.
• Experience in food, hospitality, lifestyle, or consumer brands is a plus.
• Video production and editing, camera operation and photography, motion graphics, color grading, AI-assisted content creation, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, DaVinci Resolve, and CapCut.
