Contract Attorney for International Students in Al-Rayyan, Qatar
Our law firm is seeking a Contract Attorney to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. This position is specifically designed for international students looking to gain legal experience while studying abroad. We welcome applicants from all over Africa and Egypt to apply. This is a contract position with the opportunity for full-time employment upon graduation.
Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze contracts, agreements, and legal documents
- Conduct legal research and provide written analysis on various legal issues
- Draft and negotiate contracts on behalf of clients
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing and document management
- Provide support to senior attorneys in client meetings and court appearances
Requirements:
- Must be currently enrolled in a law program at an accredited university
- Strong academic record with a focus on contract law
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (English proficiency preferred)
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Prior experience with contract drafting or negotiation is a plus
